September, 2006: As Main Street Economics advances into its second year of research on the proposed introduction of an exotic oyster species into the Chesapeake Bay we continue to seek candidates with expertise in resource economics (and, particularly, the economics of common property resources), quantitative methods (and, particularly, estimation of supply and bio-economic modeling), and data management. Research funding is available from the fall of 2006 through the summer of 2007. Remuneration will be commensurate with capabilities.
